.NET Developer For Elite Asset Manager - Boston

Our client is an elite asset management firm located in Boston, MA that currently has over $100B in assets under management. Most of this capital is invested in long-only mutual fund products, with the remaining assets being spread across a variety of internal hedge fund strategies. Many of these investment vehicles are managed with a highly-quantitative approach, making technology an important component of their success.

One of our long-time contacts just became their CTO, and he's asked us to help him locate talented technologists to join his team. Specifically, he has an appetite to hire highly skilled developers who can build proprietary technology that will give his firm a competitive edge in the financial markets. Most in-house applications are written on the .NET platform using C#, so ideal candidates will have a track-record of creating software in this programming language. Computer Science or Engineering degrees from Ivy League or equivalent institutions are a major plus.
