C# Developer For Growing Hedge Fund

A relatively new client of ours is a hedge fund located in Stamford, CT now managing upwards of $2B. They've been in business for just over ten years, and have built up a consistent track-record of successful investments with a strategic focus on fixed-income and mortgage products. Technology has slowly but surely become a more central part of their overall growth, with the firm recently hiring a seasoned Wall Street technologist to serve as their Head of Technology. With an eye towards building a world-class technical infrastructure to support their continued growth, they are now seeking to add an outstanding applications developer to join their small technology department. Ideal candidates will be dynamic team player with strong work ethic, solid quantitative skills and a passion for software engineering. A computer science, math or engineering degree from a top tier school and at least 1-3 years experience developing enterprise .Net applications is desired. Experience with SQL Server, Perl and/or Ruby along with knowledge of mortgage or fixed Income will be significant pluses.
